The Application for Residential and Commercial Utility Water Service is required to establish new service with the City of Casselberry. A scanned copy of a signed lease agreement or closing verification from a title agency or warranty deed and driver's license or state issued identification card is required to initiate services.

Important Information

If same day services are needed, all documents and completed application must be submitted before 12:00 p.m. (noon) Monday through Thursday. If an application is submitted after 12:00 p.m., it will be processed the next business day.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all faucets/taps are turned off and service lines are not broken/punctured/obstructed. The City of Casselberry Utilities Division shall not be held responsible for any water damage.

Completed forms may be submited here, printed and mailed to P.O. Box 180819, Casselberry, FL 32718-0819, or printed and delivered in person at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707. The deposit must be paid before service will be activated.

Deposit and Application Fee Information

Application Fee
A $30.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee is assessed on all accounts on the first invoice.
Deposit
A minimum deposit of $60.00 for water service and $120.00 for sewer service or three times the estimated monthly bill, whichever is greater, is required at the time of installation for most customers. Deposits are refunded to the account after 24 consecutive months of on time payments.
The City of Casselberry Utilities Division bills monthly and payment is due within at least twenty (20) days from billing date. If the bill is unpaid by the due date, a late fee will be assessed on the following months billing at the rate of 1.5% or $5.00 (whichever amount greater) based on the arrearage amount. All charges must be paid by due date of the “Second Notice” bill or water will be shut off the following day and a delinquent fee of $30.00 will be applied. Service can be resumed only upon payment of all fees, bills, previous & current & a mandatory reconnection fee of $40.00.
An applicant shall pay an initial deposit prior to the initiation of service that will be held for a period of twenty-four (24) months. A deposit may be refunded in the form of a credit providing the account has not been delinquent within the twenty-four (24) month period. If the customer has been refunded a deposit and becomes delinquent, a new deposit based on three times the estimated monthly bill shall be required.
Once the application has been processed, Customer Service will notify the applicant via email. The deposit must be paid in advance with a live representative.

Terms of Agreement

Terms of Agreement

2. I agree that I am responsible for all charges for utility service at the above address and will continue to be responsible for same until such time as you request termination of service.
3. I agree to follow and abide by all rules for utility service and pay charges in effect as stated on each monthly bill.
4. I am responsible for ensuring all faucets are turned off in the home or business before the service is established and that the City is not liable for damages caused by water faucets or outlets left on.
5. I understand that if the City needs to return to the property, a $25.00 trip fee will be assessed.
6. I understand that non-payment of my account will result in discontinuation of service.
7. I understand that if the City is unable to authenticate the documents I am providing, I may be required to submit the documents in person.
