Engineering Permits can be obtained by completing, signing, and submitting an application along with the required documentation. 3. Does the City of Casselberry provide trash cans for garbage?

The City of Casselberry does not provide trash cans for garbage at this time. Standard trash cans can be purchased at local stores of your choice. For more information, please contact the Public Works Department at 407-262-7725, ext. 1225.

4. Who do I contact to receive a status update for a project in my neighborhood?

The City of Casselberry has several contractors working on a variety of projects throughout the City. For best results, please contact the Public Works Administrative office at 407-262-7725, ext. 1225 or via email.

5. How do I arrange for collection of large/bulk items?

The City of Casselberry provides garbage collection services for residents within the City limits (with few exceptions). Residents receive regular garbage collection twice a week and once a week for yard waste and recycling.  Generally, large/bulk items can be collected on the second collection day, depending upon the type of item.  To arrange for collection of large or bulk items, please contact the Public Works Department at 407-262-7725, ext. 1225.  

6. How do I obtain an Irrigation Meter?

7. How do I report a street light outage?

Street lights within the City of Casselberry are owned and maintained by Duke Energy.  To report a street light outage, click here. Please be sure to identify the pole location and ID number, prior to submitting the request, whenever possible.

8. How do I request mosquito spraying?

The City of Casselberry partners with Seminole County to provide comprehensive mosquito control. Please submit requests to Seminole County Mosquito Control online, via email, or phone at 407-665-5542.
