Officer Catiller currently serves as the School ...Resource Officer at South Seminole Middle School. He received his award for his outstanding service to the students at the middle school.

As stated in the nomination form,

“Officer Catiller maintains the highest standards of ethics and displays a high degree of personal integrity while serving as the School Resource Officer at South Seminole Middle School. Officer Catiller leads by example. He maintains an excellent working relationship with the school administrators as well and being highly respected by the students. Officer Catiller has been an excellent role model for the kids and consistently and continuously goes out of his way to build a strong relationship with the children. He has excelled in building a climate of trust with the students. Officer Catiller takes the time to listen - no student is turned away. Officer Catiller displays extraordinary enthusiasm and motivates and challenges the youth. He generates positive attitudes and always gives maximum effort. He is never too busy to help a teacher or a student. He has enriched the lives of Casselberry youth through education and personal integrity. ”
