Pending award of bid by the City Commission on January 12, 2009 for the construction of Anniversary Park/Lake Concord Stormwater Park, Melody Lane is scheduled to be permanently closed from Quail Pond Circle to Municipal Way beginning Monday, January 19, 2009. Ordinance 04-1125, authorizing closure of Melody Lane, was passed in April 2004 in anticipation of this project. Quail Pond Circle will remain intact and accessible from the Triplet Lake Drive roundabout. Municipal Way will be accessible from Triplet Lake Drive and from 17-92 via the remaining portion of Melody Drive.
