This project is currently under construction and closed to all traffic except for residents within the construction limits. All traffic is being detoured around the construction limits of S. Triplet Lake Drive from Overbrook Dr. to Queens Mirror Circle. Construction is anticipated to be complete by December 2015. Construction includes the replacement of sidewalks, adding drainage and utility improvements, removal of organic materials from under the roadway, installing a new paved surface and enhancing the intersections at Southcot Dr. and Queens Mirror Circle as well as the intersection of S. Lost Lake Lane and Queens Mirror Circle. Residents should expect additional commute times due to the detour and residents within the construction zone should anticipate delays due to periodic obstructions during construction.
