The City of Casselberry will present the Halloween Spooktoberfest Costume Contest/Dance Party and Casselberry’s Police’s National Night Out at Lake Concord Park, Saturday, Oct. 22, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This is a free event with family fun activities to include Trick or Treating, DJ Ghost & Ghoul Dance Party, costume contest, food and product vendors and a kids play area. The event also will include the Casselberry Police Department’s National Night Out activities, which were postponed from Oct. 4 because of cleanup from Hurricane Ian. There will be plenty of kids activities and opportunities for the public to see police vehicles up close. The event will be held behind City Hall at 95 Triplet Lake Drive with parking available at area businesses.
