ADA Evaluation and Transition Plan

The City of Casselberry is in the process of completing an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) self-evaluation and developing a Transition Plan. The ADA requires a self-evaluation of all public facilities and services offered by the City, as well as development of a Transition Plan to remove any accessibility barriers or ADA compliance issues discovered during the self-evaluation. Public participation during this process is highly encouraged. Therefore, the purpose of this webpage is to:

  • Provide an opportunity for interested persons and groups to participate in the self-evaluation leading to the transition plan
  • Make the self-evaluation available for public inspection
