The City of Casselberry will host the exciting Track Shack Battle of the Bands 5K on Saturday, September 9, 2023. The race includes live music for runners and walkers along a 3.1-mile flat route that starts and finishes at Casselberry’s Lake Concord Park, next to City Hall. All participants receive a rockin' commemorative T-shirt and enjoy the post-race “Craft Beer Fest” where runners/walkers 21 and up can sample beer. At the end of the race, runners/walkers are invited to vote in the “Battle of the Bands” competition for the best band along the race route and all kids can run in the free Kids’ Run. Partial proceeds benefit cultural arts organizations in Casselberry. Residents of Casselberry on the race route will have an opportunity to win prizes for the loudest cheering sections.
