The Procurement division of the Administrative Services Department is responsible for the following:
Establish and administer procurement objectives, policies, programs and procedures for the purchase and contracting of all material, supplies, equipment and services for the City.
Ensure that taxpayer dollars are prudently spent by purchasing goods and services at the lowest price, consistent with quality and delivery requirements.
Provide professional procurement services for the City by conducting business in accordance with the "Code of Ethics" established by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Inc.
