House Check Program

House Check

The Casselberry Police Department provides a service to our community by checking on homes of residents who are away due to scheduled vacations or unexpected travel. The program is provided as a service to those who will be gone up to 90 days, is free and only requires the resident complete house check form. While away, an officer will check on your home periodically. The frequency of the checks will be determined by the activity in the area and the workload of the officer assigned to your area. Normally, properties are checked once per day.

If you would like to register for a house check, please complete the form and submit it to the Department at least five days in advance of you departure date. If you have any questions, please contact Community Relations at (407) 262-7616 Ext.1020 or 1061.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST SIGN THE FORM before it is submitted to the Department. You may drop off the completed form to the Police Station during normal business hours or you may mail the form to 4195 South U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, FL 32707. If by postal mail, please write "Attn: House Check" at the bottom of the envelope.
