Casselberry Code Compliance Portal
Effective July 1, 2021, changes to Florida Statutes through Senate Bill 60 prohibit cities from initiating inspections of potential code violations by way of anonymous complaints. A person who reports a potential violation of a code or ordinance must provide their name and address before an investigation occurs. Any information provided to the City is subject to Florida's Public Records laws and as such, will be provided upon request.
Code Compliance Mission
The mission of Code Compliance is to promote and maintain a safe and desirable living and working environment. Code Compliance helps to maintain and improve the quality of the community by administering a fair and unbiased compliance program to correct violations of municipal codes and land use requirements.
Code Compliance Officers work with residents, neighborhood associations, public services agencies, and other City departments to facilitate voluntary compliance with City laws and codes.
