Online Payments and Account Access Setup

The on-line credit card payment system will be unavailable on 4/27/17-5/1/17 for scheduled maintenance. This maintenance includes changes to recurring utility payments.

All existing users must reactivate the previously established on-line utility account information after 5/1/17.

The Pay by Phone utility payment system will still be available during this time.

Please contact utility customer service at 407-262-7700, option 4 for further assistance.

By using the online payment site, customers can make a payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or a debit card displaying one of those logos.  In addition, customer's can view payment and billing history as well as consumption history.

Required information to begin using this service:

  • An email address that can receive incoming messages. 
    • Free email addresses are available from a variety of websites.
  • A utility invoice from the City of Casselberry.
    • Customer must have received the first invoice before this service can be utilized.

Online Account Setup Instructions (new users only)
  • Click here to go to the Online Account site.
  • On the left hand side webpage, click on the Create Password button.
  • In the box labeled Account ID, enter the account number from the top right of the utility invoice.
    • The dash in the account number must be included.
    • Example (XXXX-XXXXX)
  • Enter the billing date as listed on the top right of the invoice
  • Enter the due date as listed on the top right of the invoice.
  • Enter the total dollar amount due on the utility invoice.
    • Do not use a dollar sign.
  • Click on the Submit button to proceed to the next screen.
  • On the new screen that appears, enter a Password/PIN number.
    • The Password/PIN may include any combination of letters and numbers.
    • Note that the Password/PIN is case sensitive.
  • Enter the Password/PIN again to verify that the Password/PIN previously entered is correct.
  • Enter a Password/PIN Hint.
    • The Password/PIN Hint is used when a Password/PIN is forgotten.
  • Enter a valid email address.
  • Enter the email address again to verify that address previously entered is correct.
  • Click the Submit button.
  • A email confirmation will be sent to the  email drress provided above. 
  • Close the window that is currently open for registration.
  • Log in to the email account provided above.
  • Open the confirmation email that was sent.
  • Click on the link included in the email to complete the registration process.
  • Once again, enter the account number from the top left side of the invoice.    
    • The dash in the account number must be included.
    • Example (XXXX-XXXXX)
  • Click the Sign-On button.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
