City Employee Exhibit
City of Casselberry Employee Art Exhibit

The City is hosting its annual City of Casselberry Employee Exhibit from August 5 - 30 at Casselberry City Hall.  The opening for the Employee Exhibit will take place during Art & Music in the Park, on August 9, 2019, from 6-8 p.m., with members of the public able to view the work.

This is an amazing opportunity for all City employees and their family members not only to express themselves artistically and have their work displayed in City Hall, but also to show the citizens of Casselberry our strong commitment to the arts.

All employees and their families are invited to participate in this special City Employee Exhibit, from spouses and children to grandparents, aunts, uncles, and distant cousins—as long as they are related to you, they can enter their artwork.  What’s more, it is FREE to enter!

Categories include Amateur, Intermediate, Professional, Youth (up to 12), and Teen (13-18), and artists can submit paintings, works on paper, photography, and sculptures.  Artists can submit multiple pieces, and we only ask that artists provide their own frames for works that require hanging (frames can be purchased at low cost from a variety of stores).

Artwork drop off will be at the Art House, Mon-Fri, from 10am until 4pm, from July 29 - August 2. Please contact the Art House if other arrangements are necessary. Artwork release forms will be provided upon drop off, or by contacting the Art House.

Once our Employee Exhibit ends, all participants will be invited to select two (2) pieces of their artwork to travel to the National Arts Program held at the Seminole County Administration Building in Sanford.  City staff will make arrangements to drop off and pick up all artwork for the Seminole County exhibit.  Registration forms for the National Art Program-Seminole County will be available when you drop off the artwork at the Art House.

We are aiming for robust participation from our employees and their families this year, so break out the brushes, paints, pencils, cameras, and clay, and have fun creating works of art to display at City Hall!  All participants in the City Employee Exhibit will receive a ribbon and there will be special prizes for each category winner.

For more information please contact the Art House, Ext. 1122, or .
