New Code Requirements
Why change the codes?
The City of Casselberry works with its citizens, businesses and property owners to establish, modify and enforce our Code of Ordinances and Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDRs) on a regular basis. At times, our codes become outdated due to changes with Florida Statutes, Federal laws, or even changes to land use, technology or changes to help our citizens navigate building permits, code compliance and planning.

The City of Casselberry uses a website called Municode that provides access to our codes and ULDRs, however with so many new changes the municode website isn't always up to date.

That said, as codes and our ULDRs change, we will keep links on this page to provide more information to our residents, business and property owners who are interested to learn the latest regulations they must follow.

Our Sign Code has recently changed! We will be having informational workshops August 12th and August 15th. Click here for the flyer.
