Opening a New Utility Account

To establish a new utility account, please provide the following in person: 

    Fully completed Utility Service Application

  • For your convenience, applications are available for download.  For the protection of customer's private information, all Utility Service Applications and documents must be presented in person at Casselberry City Hall in order to open an account.
  • Deposit:
    • Per City Ordinance, a minimum deposit of $60.00 for water service and $120.00 for sewer service or three times the estimated monthly bill, whichever is greater, is required at the time of installation for most residential customers. The deposit must be paid in advance.
  • Valid driver's license or State issued identification card
  • Documentation of lease (rental) or ownership (proof of purchase) 
  • $30 Application Fee (Billed)

        Casselberry, FL  32707

    Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

* Utility service for accounts opened before 12:00 PM will begin on the same business day.


* Utility service for accounts opened after 12:00PM will begin the following business day.

NOTE: Water is Taxable at 4% in Seminole County and 10% inside City limits and Orange County.  (Code 1982, § 95.01; Ord. No. 98-908, § I, 5-18-98)
