Casselton Drive Improvements Construction Begins Sept. 10, 2018 - NO ON-STREET PARKING

Improvements to Casselton Drive (located near the southern border of the City off of SR 436) are scheduled to begin September 10, 2018. Construction will take approximately one year. NO PARKING will be allowed on Casselton Drive and Greencastle Blvd. during the project.

This project will increase greenspace, reduce on-street parking, reduce asphalt area, and improve sidewalks, pedestrian safety features, drainage, and utilities. Access to residences and businesses will be maintained during the project, but occasional lane closures and travel delays should be anticipated. Also, effective September 10, 2018, Casselton Drive and Greencastle Blvd. will become a construction zone, and, therefore, NO PARKING will be allowed at any time in the right of ways for the duration of the project. Questions or concerns regarding this project should be directed to the City's contracted inspector, Mike Herrera, at 407-948-9538 or Visit for future project updates and more information.
